Get more service from Cell c

<p>I have called, emailed and spoken to so many different consultants regarding cancelling the Get More service from my contract. And I am informed that the service is cancelled only to find out again that the service is not cancelled. How many more times must I request this service to be removed from my contract? I have no need for this service. Please cancel it. I am tired of people saying it is cancelled but then it isn't. </p>
