Get more deducted after it is cancelled, cell c expect payment before we even got paid. This is a joke

I cancelled my get more and cell c is still charging me for it. Get more informed me that they will pay me 2 months back. Unfortunately get more I want this payment back also so this will be 3 months.

According to cell c they are going to penilized me if I don't do my payments Bedfore it is due. This is unacceptable how do you accept a client to pay you before they even receive there salary.
