I would like to complain about the fact that Cell c has disregarded my request to cancel this silly service and is still continuing to debit me for this service even though I called in January to cancel it! I even called after that to confirm the cancellation as the person advised me that it will take 30 days to cancel. It's now 3 months later!! Can someone from cell c please tell me this service has not been cancelled?? I want a refund for the months that cell c stole from me!!!
