Get more cancellation

When I subscribed for get more the lady said any time you wish to cancel you can, Now I have been waiting for close to two months for my subscription to be cancelled, Every time I am given excuses, wait for them to confirm, really bad service and I would not recommend anyone to join get more making as if we are benefiting. Cell C really needs improve their service , it is very bad.
