Get more and cell c are the worst ever

I cannot wait to get out of my cell contract and I will never ever open another contract with cellc, I have been a loyal customer for all these years with no hassle but cellc this year has shown me flames, first it was when I cancelled a get more service in December which I never used than I got debited 3 months later, who gave cellc the permission to debit from my account n when I asked for my refund I was told rudely by then that we still waiting for the finance department, the get more service center even knows me by name now. Why should I keep on paying for my contract when it takes u ****** 3months to pay back my money even worse they keep on increasing my contract n I have to keep on calling to ask for a statement that is not even in pdf firm which doesn't open at all,funny enough how when you need to get paid by me now u can contact me several times but when I have questions yol are always on strikes or unavailable. I am so done with cellc!!!!!! You are the worst ever
