Get More and BIS
I have taken an upgrade with Cell c and I have phoned in October 2015 to cancel the BIS and Get more service From cell c as I do not require it and from October 2015 I am still being billed for BIS and the GET MORE SERVICE!!!!! IT is over 3 months now and I am looking at my Feb 2016 statement and at the end of the month I am to pay for these services again, It is annoying to pay for a service I do not need and I did cancel!!! I feel cellc should reimburse me for this!!!
