In December 2014 I cancelled BIS as I no longer had a Blackberry.

In September 2016 I discovered that CellC did not, in fact, cancel my BIS as I had asked, and instead was deducting R37 off my account for the previous 10 months (along with itemised billing that I had also cancelled).

I fought with you, and eventually you credited my account with something around R460. Your consultant also promised me that the BIS had definitely been cancelled at that point.

So imagine my surprise when I went into the Blueroute branch to sort our my upgrade, and I notice that CellC is STILL deducting R37 off my account each month.

There really are a lot of things I can say to express my frustration and anger at being ****** from so shamelessly. But it really comes down to this (are you still reading CellC representative? It's simple. It's clear. It's not complicated. ready?)

Get your **** together (pretty sure hellopeter will make that into 4 pretty stars, so you're welcome to fill in the blank).

That's really all I'm asking. Pay me my money back. I do not want my account to be credited, because I will be cancelling my contract with CellC just as soon as I'm able to move to another (hopefully less useless) network. Pay me my money and for the love of all things good, cancell my BIS.
