After 5 attempt to cancel this get it since Jan 2015, Joseph Maropeng had apparently cancel it and I was told that i would be refunded for all the money they took from my account. Comes end of Nov, not only that I did not get the refunds, they dared to bill me again. what the **** is going on in your useless departments? ref number ***
