Get-it service not being cancelled

I have been trying for years to cancel the get-it service and every time they say it’s done when I call or go to a branch and call.

Then low and behold I will be charged again I am begging you to cancel it I don’t use it at all and I regret the day I took it up. I felt so bad for the man calling me as he practically begged me. Now I am stuck with it. Please help
