Get It not cancelled

I am just so frustrated that we always have to struggle and fight to get anything done! Towards the end of last year I gave the go ahead to subscribe to Cell C's Get It service. It was fine for a few months. But in March I phoned and asked the person who I spoke to (can't remember the name) to please cancel it as I don't make use of it as I thought I would. It's now June and I am STILL being charged for it and not to mention that it's gone up from R30 to R51 per month in just a few months! It is so annoying that we constantly have to follow up and cannot just trust that our requests are met and actioned!
