Get IT charges without approval

Been a cell c customer for a long time, when I took a new contract out, it was noted that I have been paying for a GetIT service for 3years yet I have been thinking it was call charges all along???? How can they just charge without any permission, I expect my funds to be refunded as this is unfair according to Consumer protection act. I have called to cancel yet my account is still being debited, no man, I have 4 contracts with cell c yet get treated like this...No good cell c!!!
