Get-it and MiAssist can't cancel

I would like Cell C to cancel my Get-it on one of my contracts as Get-it can't find my number. I get billed for this service. I also cancelled it many months ago but hey it is still on my invoices. I also got MiAssist on an other number and this should be cancelled end of May but still on my invoice for this number. MIAssist customer care number just rings.

So Cellc I want you to cancel these 2 useless services. I pay Cellc every month and you pay them so I stop the debit order of these two numbers till these to services are cancelled.
