Get It

I have numerous times tried to cancel get it, I have spoken to three consultants and every time I get promised that this service will be cancel and yet again this month i am billed for it again. I am now fed up with the incompetence of the staff members not giving reference numbers for calls and obviously not doing their job. For the last 6 months i have been trying to cancel get it because I don't use it and never will but every month it just gets deducted off my cellphone bill. I even tried calling Cell C but apparently only get it can cancel it.
