Get it

Several months ago I called to cancel the Cell C Get it / Get more service. I was told the cancellation process takes 30 days. A month later they stopped billing me for the service, I was happy until they billed for two months this December. I called customer services which transfered my call to that department and I have to hold the line for long periods of time until I give up. My number is ***, I just want to cancel the service. I do not use it.
