I've noticed that I'm being billed R51.75 a month for a subscription called Get It that I can't remember agreeing to. without a fuss I plainly phoned and asked them to cancel it. this was 16 July, spoke to Savanah, ref nr ***6. I was told the subscription has a 30 day cancellation period. They are still billing me for it 4 months later-it's still on my November account. Why am I still being billed for something I cancelled 4 months ago?
