Get It

I called in July/August 2015 to query my account only to find out that the service i cancelled 2/3yrs ago is being deducted and i spoke to a consultant to cancel this service as I've never used it and now it 1/10/2015 they still deducting my account. i believe i spoke to Katlego, the service was suppose to be cancelled but its still not. i'm so disappointed in the service that i'm getting. what is done here is ******* and need my money to be refunded.
