This app is nonsense I downloaded a movie the other guys but it only played 20 min and stopped doesn't want to continue, can I get my refund because I paid for 2 movies that doesn't even finish downloading, I have 820 mb data available but it's not downloading its saying download fail. See above my emails I have been sending to their IT support but till today they haven't resolved my problem the bad part is that I paid for 2 movies that doesn't even play on their website and I tried downloading them but I can't download, I just get an error message saying download failed, I have been communicating with their staff about the same thing, I get emails saying they have fixed my problem it's not fixed, I even downloaded another movie it only played 20 minutes on their website. I have advised them that I need my money back as I paid for a service that didn't even help me. Please intervene because I did give them chance to look at my issue and try to resolve it but am not getting any joy.
