Get Black App

I subscribed to the promotion of R89 a month for binge elite on the get black app. I was supposed to pay via airtime deduction today but before I had recharged, I got an SMS saying that my subscription has been cancelled due to not paying.

I called the cell c customer care and the lady I spoke to said Black is a separate company and cell c is only promoting for them so she can't assist me. She also said she doesn't even have a contact number where I can get assistance. It makes no sense to me for cell c to promote something but when we have problems they can't assist and can't direct us to where we can get assistance. I'm very upset with such bad service.
