Get a grip Cell C, take ownership

Cell C, you know what is making this worse is that no-one is taking ownership of the problem, I am being pushed from one care facility to another and no-one quite knows what to do, and it is just getting worse and worse each day, now the ballito cell C shop at the junction have been under my attack too as they are none the wiser and don't know what to do, they have the router, they have my details please sort this out now, and stop billing me for a service I cannot use, as mentioned I have reversed the last two month debit orders and quite frankly will not be paying them ever.
