Gateway Cell C Sold me a used screen protector

Good day,

I bought a screen protector for my mobile phone today and when I got home now to fit the protector on my new phone, I found that the bottom of the box was opened and the contents used. The screen protector was cracked. I'm absolutely furious. This is such an inconvenience to me. I want a refund or a new screen protector in a sealed box. Disgraceful that someone would use the protector and put it back into the box and sell it to a customer. If this is not sorted out, I will pursue legal action at the store. I'm appalled. I do not live close to gateway and this is such an inconvenience to me. Very disappointed and angry right now.
