Gateway Cell C is really a customer care centre
After appalling service at Cell C Davenport Square in Durban I went to Gateway Mall, Umhlanga, Durban.
Well what a difference...I think his name was Siya helped me and boy oh boy....sorted out in no time...he showed me on the form that Temp ID was acceptable after Davenport said it was not....can you believe it....His help made such a difference. A whole week without my number was a nightmare. Well done Gateway store
Did my sim swap and left....deciding not to change service provider
