Galaxy S8 Plus sent for repairs but still broken, Cell C fail to get back to me

<p>I took my Galaxy S8 Plus for repairs due to an echo issue my callers complain about, they supposedly fixed it and sent it back to me upon making the first call when it was returned my caller still said there was a horrible echo coming from the Phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Repairs deparment has failed to call me back!</p>
