Galaxy S7 Edge on contract Comes without simcard!!

I recently took out an upgrade contract with Cell c. Apparently the New Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge @ R719/month comes without a simcard? I was told I have to purchase a simcard and purchase a sim swap- an alternative to purchasing a new simcard was.... I could use my own<br> (old phone which isn't compatible) and just purchase the sim swap OR I CAN ONLY USE WIFI. After arguing with the store manager, I agreed to purchase the simcard and get out off the store- turns out I had to then perform the calling into cell c and request a sim swap on my own. Very frustrated I called the help desk, spoke to some rude guy who then told me- unfortunately the new simcard I just purchased has been rica'd at the store and I would need to go back to the store buy a new one.. i told the consultant that i wont drive back to the mall to stand in a cell c que again, i want this sim swap done now!! and he put the phone down. i then spoke to another consultant who said she must log the request and they will get back to me in 4hours...i requested to speak to her supervisor- who then did the sim swap. Cell C @R719/Month for one of my 3 contracts- i expect basic service.
