Furious with Cell C

I'm fed up with Cell C, they are ******, I've been paying for my WIFI and the past month I can't get internet access, I've reported this was given a Ref no but nothing has changed, I went to the Cell C shop and they said they will cancel it but I won't get my refund yet they debited again from my account and I'm told that I can't reverse the money yet they are in breech of the contract, is it not my right to get my money back if Cell C is in breech of a contract, I'm still paying for a service that they are not providing, I want my money back
