How many times must I contact cell c to get my LTE Router? Even Sbo at your La Lucia branch is battling with the service!

What I want to know from Cell C is, how are you guys going to compensate me for 2 months of business lost? I got the laptop deal to start something for extra income, as I am a single mom. So who is going to compensate me for the money lost?
Also when am I one day getting the ****le. I am just not happy with a email anymore, because nothing has been coming of it for the last 2 months?
My lawyer awaits your response.
