I am totally furious. I have 2 phones on my name , the one is for my mom. She is in Dbn I am in Jhb. When I did the upgrade for my mom I told the lady I need it to be delivered to DBN can I send a copy of my ID to my mom, she said its fine.
The lady does not damn explain that Courier It does not do Third Party Deliveries. My mom who is 83 years old got treated with such disrespect.
Next time don't rush for a sale without explaining it cannot be done.
