Full of nonsense!!!

I had called in yesterday to upgrade my phone and everything was migrated now my upgrade is apparently not going to get done because there is no more devices that I had selected and I was only told this when I called. Eventually I am told that no there are devices left yet my number has already been migrated and the new package loaded. Is this how you will retain your clients going forward, I am so disappointed and angry!!!
