Full of lies and broken promises

<p>Booked my phone in for repairs over 35 days ago at cell c cresta and to this day have not received it back. I physically went into the store on 3 occasions and having sat and waited over an hour on each occasion while the customer service agent tries to trace my phone with cell c's repair department only to be told that my phone is on the way on the first occasion , that there is a backlog on the second occasion and finally that my phone is with the courier but they dont know when it will come , Cell C cresta did give me a loan phone after over two weeks , however the phone they gave uses a different size sim card to my contract sim so i cannot use it and they do not have any other phones available. Having called back again to speak to the manager i was told she was not in. I even said i would go out and fetch my phone myself but because the manager is not there they cant trace it and dont know where it is. I would also like to point out that i called the cresta branch several times to enquire about the phone and the service agent promised to call me back , To this day im still waiting for that call. Cell C's terms and condition also state that a phone will be repaired within 15 days , it is now day 35 , having 2 contract phones and having been a customer with cell c for over 10 years i am extremely disappointed by this and will most certainly not be staying on as a customer after this</p>
