****ed up service from Cell C

Took out a bussiness contract with cell c, however my existing number which is on prepaid with cell c was supposedly to be carried over to contract. I was promised it would have taken effect by now, but still nothing. Endless efforts on the phone trying to resolve this, still leaves me un helped! I am going through the frustration whereby am calling clients without them answering calls from a temporary number given to me by cell c. I have to operate with two cell phones becos ome i use for outgoing and the other for incoming calls on my currnt number. Someone needs to fix this mess!
