Frustration with Cell C

Yes, I originally app**** for a Samsung A33 and two weeks later after putting a review on Hello Peter was told that the phone is discontinued/not in stock I have to contact Cell C again to change the phone on the contract. I did that and received the new order number and a contract for Samsung A73, and please note I never received a contract for the Samsung A33. But on 27 March imagine my surprise when a phone was delivered and it is the Samsung A33. I contacted the call centre so many times and at the end did Tiny from Cell C Wonderpark assist me to book a return of the device. In the meantime I have been contacting Cell C and the whole time I am being told that the Samsung A 73 will be delivered. Although the delay once again was that the color I chosen is not in stock. Please note that this is exactly the way it started with the Samsung A33. When I asked them to check on my account if there is a contract for the Samsung A73 they only find a contract for the Samsung A33. I am actually so confuse and frustrated at the moment because it seems that just nobody is able to assist me. I talk to cancellation department today and did Bane assist me and Ref *** was given to me and informed I will only receive feedback after the Easter Weekend. Seriously!!!

I started the application process on 3 March 2023 and the change of the phone on 24 March 2023....we are at 6 April 2023 without any solution!!

Samsung A33 was sent back to Cell C on 31 March 2023 with RW***7. Confirmation from Cell C was received on 4 April 2022 with reference CCD460168 that the phone was received.

All I want to close this nightmare chapter of my life is:

The new contract on my name to be finalized and that the phone on my contract is a Samsung A73 for R499 per month.

I will not pay any cancellation fees as all the information mentioned above was information and a way forward from the employees at Cell C. If needed do an investigation, if you are unable to assist just let me know

And here we are 6 days later with a lot of promises and still no cellphone! I was contacted on Monday to inform me that they will change the contract and that my phone will be delivered. But that was the last contact from Cell C. It does not even help to call in because they will just transfer you from one to another person.

Can we please finalize this because this is absolutely ridiculous at the moment.
