Frustration caused by the mixup

I cannot begin to express the frustration that is caused by cell c.

I have been with them for a good two years on a contract. I'm not sure if someone else got allocated the same number as mine or what. I started receiving threatening sms's for this person's unpaid bills and court summons

Thank you cell c you can consider yourself losing a customer in me. I want nothing and I mean nothing to do with you. You are a bunch of idiots who don't know what you all doing. I'll throw your sim card to the bin thank God I'm free from your stupid contract that was binding me. This is the reason why I never even thought of extending it.

Sincere apologies for the frustration and inconvenience caused.

If you were using your number for the past two years, there is no way that Cell C would have allocated your number to someone else there must be some other reason.

We'll get one of our consultants to look into this and provide clarity.

Skhumbuzo could not get hold of you on your contact numbers. However he sent an email advising you of this and requested for an alternative number where he can get hold you and assist.

Please respond to his email and he will gladly assist.
