Frustrating upgrade!
So disappointed with their service recently. Ive been a cell C customer for many many years. My contract was due for upgrade they didn't even call me. When i called they said i was on a month to month. It took abt 10 phone calls to get them to upgrade me to the contract i wanted. My phone recently got damaged and i desperately need the new device. The contract was upgraded finally. Now when i call to find out when my device will be delivered they tell me no stock i need to choose a different device. Could they not check stock before upgrading? Really frustrating. Now they said i need to wait till the new year to get the device. Im going away on holiday with no phone. Thanks cell c

No one has contacted me or even given me feedback regarding this matter, i had to call them myself yesterday. A consultant told me that there is still no stock. Its been 3 weeks since i upgraded and still no device. Last they told me the warehouse is closed for the holiday period. But we're already 10 days into January. And still nothing....I am beyond frustrated at this point honestly!!! I wanted to add on a smart watch also and was told no stock but they didn't inform me about the phone being out of stock. Ive been a loyal clients for 20 something years..This is unacceptable and no1 knows anything or is doing anything about this

09 Feb 2023, 13:29So Cell C i am still awaiting a device! Nearly 2 months later. I have called to reverse my contract or cancel it from cell c direct so i could go to a store that had stock of the device to upgrade there. Guess what even that is taking forever. They assured me yesterday i could go to the store and upgrade. But when i got there the store couldn't help because its still showing pending on the other side. I am so frustrated. If you guys cannot upgrade my contract i will port to another network no problem. This is unacceptable. I have spoken to over 20 people from cell c. Not 1 has been able to sort this issue out. I understand there was no stock on the color devi wanted but i decided to change the color and there is stock at the stores but im still unable to get it. Can someone help!!!! This is too much. I Just want to upgrade my contract because i need a device urgently. Ive been using a broken device for the past 2 months which is also affecting my business sales! You have not fulfilled your end of the contract cellc. I wish to take the matter up further if nothing is done by the end of today!
