Frustrating Service
Frustrating to be thrown from pillar to post all the time...Changing personal details and have been referred back and forth between the store and the call centre. Finally I get referred to the TPHD Escalations and unfortunately I am being referred to the Vetting Department which requires information I have no idea about. Improve on your internal processes. After 8 years I would like to cancel this contract and want out.
