Frustrating Service and Unmet Expectations

The worst service I received from Cell C last week. They failed to debit my account and suspended my line. Called them Saturday, 2 Saturday 2024 and they promised if I make payment and send proof of payment they will open up my line. I made EFT payment and sent POP as advised.

Today, 4 Nov 2024 my line has not been opened. Very disappointed with cell c, I've been a customer since 2014. POP was sent to both *** & ***, miemie put me on hold for the longest of time saying she will activate my line but never assisted. She never even bothered to call me back to confirm if everything is sorted, now i am starting to understand why people don't want Cell C
