Frustrating service

I've been trying to get hold of cell c and there legal department, since November last year, after waiting hours on hold you kept being transferred to a different department and end up getting no help,. I complained to cell c even wrote a complaint on there social media page and only received a call from a lady telling me the legal department will give me a call or that I should email them, I tried emailing them, no response and still waiting on there call. Since I've done everything in my power to get ahold of them I'm done trying and want the contract canceled.
