A detailed report was submitted but no answer received. I can still not update my iPhone software via Cell C internet connection...This was my original message on 30 Dec 2015:\Problem with updating iPhone software using iTunes on Mac OSX: After contacting the iOS update server this message appears: \"There was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone \"iPhone Name\". The network connection was lost.\" This happens repeatedly on the Cell C internet connection. (Also with Cell C internet connection using SIM card in alternative modem) When switching over to Vodacom network I do not get the problem. I also do not have any other problem with the Cell C internet connection. Can you please investigate and offer a solution?!\""</p>
