Frustrating call operator

<p>I phoned to do a check up on my upgrade that is due and the operator on the other end of the line either did not want to assist me or was only worried about the end of his shift. I spent alot of time struggling to get to the correct department and then they only frustrate me due to lack of cooperation. I just want to do a upgrade but if they do not want to help then I will no longer suggest them to other people and will have to cancel my contract.</p>
