Frustrating
I've sent proof of payment last year November to close the account and get Paid Up Letter which is messing up my credit score but I am not receiving it and the call center has people who dont know the processes and the right extension for the relevant departments

08 Mar 2022, 12:52Cell C you are such a problem in my life right now and I wish I never took any of your deals. What's so difficult with supplying me with a paid up letter. It's been over four months. Yoir call center, email system and even reviews on such platforms is ignored
