Frustrated with getmore service

Dealing this matter for too long now! Cell C why?? Struggle since last year and then again on Mei 8,I spoke to a getmore call center agent Ref *** to have the Getmore product cancelled and removed from my account. It has since not been removed and every month I have to go through this with Cell C, I do not know why it is so hard to have this cancelled. I need my refund for the past 2 debit orders because I was promised 2 months ago that it won't be debited anymore after countless attempts to remove this product on my account. June 3 I spoke to Thembo who confirmed that my getmore was cancelled. I have spoke to yet another consultant today and he advised me that someone from the cancellation department will phone me back.I have not received any feedback or phone calls from getmore.So please, Get someone from Getmore to cancel this... And no, I do not want a call from you anymore because it has not helped in the previous months. Just take this instruction to cancel this product. Come on Cell C, why ? And why am I still here reporting this matter. Please, somebody resolve this. I have begged, I have asked nicely, I have been frustrated, I have been all emotions and still I am here having to take time off my day to come and plead with you to care more for your clients!!! Cancel the Getmore and give me my money back... Aw guys no man, it's too much of running after you now.I have not even used getmore once.
