Frustrated with Cell C Insurance

I am disappointed yet again with the service I getting from Cell C Insurance .

I submitted my application on the 13 February 2020. I called them on the 17 February 2020 and that's when they started working on my application and I was told that this takes 5 to 7 working days. Today after calling them a 100 times I was emailed that it was approved and I must pay excess. I paid excess and and sent through proof I called them because of my previous experience. Now they say that I must wait another 5-7 working days for my phone. Is this company for real how can I person wait 2 weeks for their phone and yet I am a contract customer is this the service that I worth. I don't have an Android phone I had to buy a phone so I can receive calls cause I was told I wont be getting a phone in the meanwhile. This is totally ridiculous and the consultants that work there seem clueless and not even bothered by your frustration its even useless to complain.

I need a phone ASAP please can I get someone who care to call me and assist.
