Frustrated with Cell C

<p>I app**** for a new contract with Cell C (using my small business i'm running) and on Wednesday the 9th of June I got an sms saying my application was approved. I haven't received the phone since then despite being told that the phone was in stock. I have tried calling the customer support to track the progress with no success, the latest of which was this morning when i spoke to someone and she put me on hold for close to 10 minutes then the phone just cut off. Noone called me back. Thus I don’t know what the issue is, why the delay.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is is because my business is just a small business and it doesn't make a difference to them whether I'm their client or not? </p>
