Frustrated once again

I put in my complaint regarding cell c and their billing and not being happy. I received a call from Skhumbuzo Ndhlovu and even sent me an email that my problem was solved and cell c will not bill me again because I don't owe them anything. To my surprise cell c deducts money from my account once again. I'm now inconvenienced to go to the bank and reverse these charges and will have to pay bank charges from my own pocket because of cell c's wrong doings
