Frustrated is a understatement

This is the most frustrating thing ever .So you guys decided to call me and tell me that I still have an outstanding balance why should I pay for something I have no knowledge of? Why should I pay for something that no one can explain to me ? This is unacceptable I wrote a review a week ago I got a msg back someone will contact me I'm still waiting for an explanation .And then I found out I'm not the only one sitting with this problem so Cell x goes around just deducting recklessly from clients .Wow what a ****ty network to be on
