Frustrated former Customer

I have a long standing issue with the cellphone provider, after discovering that i owe them R90.00 on my ITC report. i made contact and i was finally referred to their Legal department i was then told my Account was handed over to the Shappiro Attorneys and got the Reference numbers and Account numbers and i made a payment in March. Thus far the balance still appears on my Credit report. i have made several attempts to contact Cell C but my efforts are unsuccessful i even went to visit a branch yesterday in Soshanguve Crossing Mall. They also gave me this number ********** to contact i have been doing so for the last hour i cannot get through because somehow this number redirects me to somewhere else and after i explain my story the very same number transfers me to the very same number that is supposed to be the Legal Department
