Frustrated

i just hate cell c customer service someone called me from media department asking me to verify close to 6 questions and they told me i failed verification, unfortunately that's their strategy if they cant assist as i have dealt with them since the beginning of the contract if this account is not fixed im cancelling it, i know what customer is and i have worked in one of the biggest network company and believe you me this nonsense cell c is doing is just chasing customers away, if you dare debit twice again i will reverse it, i just requested my statement yesterday at store and i cant see the why i should be double debited. someone competent should get in touch with me.
