Frustrated

Cell c, i don't even have words to describe how bad you have treated me... The headaches I'm having because of you! I settled my account in January, I was told to pay a certain amount because of so and so charges and so that I would not be billed again, I paid... I even have the receipts I asked the accounts to be closed. Asked for a paid up letter, said I'll get after 7 days.. I waited, called, emailed... There's nothing I didn't do, I stopped because when I called they said I have a zero balance so I didn't mind, my score on itc dropped and cell c started in April deducting in my bank acc.... I reversed because I knew I wasn't owing, I called and informed them they said they will fix it because I'm not owing... Asked for a paid up letter still nothing... I gave up in June and paid the amount that I was owing apparently it had interest and I was just done with arguing because it wasn't getting anywhere. They deducted. And I called for a paid up letter... After a 2 or so weeks I got the paid up letter... Yesterday the 27th they deducted from my account again.. Remember this is reflecting bad on my credit score as I want now to buy a house for me and my daughter... I call cell c, I Facebook them and all the say to me is that their turnaround is 24 hours... I'm sitting here frustrated because this acc I paid in full... Can i please be assisted because I'm losing my mind here trying to explain to my daughter that we'll have to wait again for me to buy a house... Is this how you treat your customers really now cell c.. Really... My name is Nomboniso Mpetshe ***.... I hate your company, I'll never refer anyone to you just get my letter so that we can part ways
