Frustrated Customer: Paid up Letter
I had the worst experience of my life with Cell C, they have backlisted me for a contract which was long cancelled, paid them all the outstanding amount, now they are failing to provide me with paid up letter, case number ***. Their customer service will transfer you from one agent to the other, very useless they must all just take leave.
