frustrated customer

i have been with Cell C for 6 years and had cell contract every 2 years. in these 6 years was there never a debit order returned. i have honoured my debit orders every single month. January debited account twice for an amount they cant account for. i keep hearing it was an error and that they cant reverse the debit order. this left my account in a negative of R1377. i called my bank to have these amounts reverse. this month there is now an amount of R1722.00 thats due that i know nothing about. Cell C has no respect for its customers or how loyal they have been. it is disgusting when a well established and a network provide you trusted for years does this and with no shame or remorse. i have called Cell C before and they dont take me seriously.

why am I being debited this amount of R1722? why are you doing this? if Cell C have still skin on them please contact me with reasons that you can be satisfied with on ***. the team leaders will never call, so anyone that has skin at Cell C please call me
