Frustrated Customer

On the 1st of August 2017 I app**** for a cellphone contract, gave them everything one of the consultant called and told me that the cell c cellphone company will call to delivere the cellphone and that I will be paying R220 every month. No cellphone was delivered but they kept on deducting money I tried several times to cancel with them but I receive no help though they do reply and ask for my ID number but it just stops there and I keep on sending emails no one is replying now. I want nothing from them I just want them to cancel the contract because it is frustrating paying for something you don't own.. I really need help
