Frustrated client

I have app**** for Sim data with cell c around towards the end of July. They delivered a cellphone on the day of delivery. My brother received on my behalf. They then attempted to deliver the Sim data which l refused to receive. So l called dem to come and collect beginning of August to date nothing yet. Now they are deducting from my account for the cellphone and the data l am not using. I am so frustrated. I have been their client for years but the treatment l received now l do not wish it on anyone.
